For Sellers - I provide my selling clients with a complete service from initial consultation through to finalization of the selling process. My sellers also receive a copy of my Home Seller’s Guide covering the full process of selling a home with explanations of the important elements of the process, the procedural arrangements and the related terminology.

For Buyers - I provide my buying clients with a complete service from initial consultation through to finalization of the transaction. Registered clients also receive a copy of my Buyer's Guide covering the full process of buying a home with explanations of the important elements of the process, the procedural steps and the terminology.

New Homes - Most new home builders will co-operate with do not permit the agent to negotiate directly for the buyer. However, we are able to offer important suggestions on choosing the lot availability. But the general rule is: the agent must accompany the buyer on the buyer's first visit to that site.
