The procedure is as follows: 1) first and foremost let us accompany you on your initial visit to the builder's sales office to formally register you with the builder and 2) consult with us throughout your subsequent dealings with the builder especially prior to selecting a particular lot location and finalizing your list of upgrades. These aspects have important implications for the future value and marketability of your home.
